Tooling choices Rimnetics specializes in rapid production system (RPS) composite-hybrid tooling.
This reduces lead time and the overall tooling investment. We also machine highly durable aluminum tooling. The nature of your project will determine which is
best.
Large part capability
We have manufacture RIM projects up to 36 cubic feet with shorter lead time, lower tooling
investment, composite-hybrid tooling. The fast turn around may keep
your project on track and in budget.

Encapsulation of carbon fiber or fiberglass mats gives unprecedented
strength to you part. Your design may include overmolding of metal,
glass, electrical components, or even electronic circuit boards.
